Midge

We tried some new ideas with this SPAD. The underneath of the wing is made from a layer of 4mm Correx while the top is 2mm. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene or insulating foam) ribs were cut and the Correx glued to the ribs with CopyDex.

It seems to work fine and gives lots of lift!

The fuse is a piece of plastic gutter pipe.
